SplitAI is a free, AI-powered bill splitter and shared expense tracker built for how people in India actually share money: with flatmates, on college trips, at office lunches, and at family functions.

What we do

• Group expense tracking: Create groups for your flat, trip or team, add expenses, and see who owes whom at any time.
• AI receipt scanning: Photograph a bill, and SplitAI reads the items and totals for you.
• UPI settle-up: Generate prefilled UPI QR codes, so friends pay the exact amount with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app.
• Ghost members: Add friends by name without forcing them to sign up.
• Free calculators: Our free tools site offers EMI, GST, SIP, FD, bill split, trip split, a daily expense tracker and more.

Why we built it

Chasing friends for money, doing maths on napkins, and typing UPI IDs wrong makes shared living stressful. We wanted a simple tool that keeps everyone's balance transparent, so friendships stay about fun, not money.

• Free to use: Core features are free. The service is supported by advertising.
• Not a payment app: SplitAI never holds or processes your money. Payments happen directly between users over UPI.
