SplitAI is a free web application designed to help users track, calculate, and split shared expenses with friends. We integrate AI-powered receipt scanning and prefilled UPI QR codes to facilitate balance settlements.
2. UPI & Payments Disclaimer
Please note the following key rules regarding payments and settling balances:
- SplitAI is not a payment gateway, mobile wallet, or financial institution.
- We do not process, hold, or handle any monetary funds. All settlements and transfers are made directly between users outside the application using peer-to-peer UPI transfer methods.
- We generate UPI QR codes and payment deep links using the UPI ID provided by the receiving user. We are not responsible for any incorrect transfers due to typos, mistakes, or invalid UPI IDs entered by users.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
By using SplitAI, you agree to the following terms:
- You will not upload sensitive, personal, or illegal documents, including credit card images, bank account statements, identification documents, or copyrighted material.
- You will not use the service for fraudulent activities or attempt to disrupt the platform's security.
- You will not use bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data from the site without authorization.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
